2026 Spring Season
IS NOW OPEN - Charlottesville VA & surrounding counties!
We're excited to announce that registration is open until March 13, 2026.
Player evaluations will take place on March 16–17.
Practices will kick off the week of March 23.
Games are set to begin the week of April 12.
Cost: $50 per player (include NFL jersey shirt & FLAG belt)

LEAGUE INFORMATION
We offer three age divisions designed to develop skills, build confidence, and create a fun, competitive environment for girls.
Each division requires a minimum of 4 teams with up to 10 players per team to move forward.
Pre-Made teams are welcomed. Each player must register as an individual. Coaches will need to send an email with the roster to information@hersports.info.
All Coaches must go through background checks.
Volunteer Coaches Needed.
HER SPORTS is seeking passionate, dedicated coaches to help create a fun, safe, and educational environment for our athletes. This is a volunteer-based opportunity with meaningful rewards — including the chance to grow the game, mentor young girls, build community, and make a lasting impact through sports.
All coaches are required to complete a background check and submit a volunteer application through Charlottesville Parks & Recreation prior to participating. Join us in shaping the next generation of confident leaders both on and off the field!

HER SPORTS is seeking dedicated referees for our upcoming Flag Football season! Whether you’re new to officiating or already experienced, this is a great opportunity to support girls in sports and make an impact in our community.
How to Apply:
All referees must complete the Charlottesville Parks & Recreation application process. Please be sure to indicate that you are applying to officiate for the HER SPORTS organization.
